Blood type ‘0’
The oldest and simplest blood group formed more than 50,000 years ago in Africa. As the oldest, that is first blood type, it does not possess the antigen for other blood groups so a person with this blood type can give blood to everyone, but can only receive blood from its group. Chemically this is the simplest group, it only contains sugar fructose, and it is also the most widely spread blood type in the whole world. People with this blood type are at a quarter lower risk of heart attack and stomach cancer. They have a higher risk of developing gastric ulcers, and men are more prone to obesity. Good thing is that those with ‘O’ blood type are pretty resistant to stress.

Blood type ‘A’
They are lovers of Mediterranean and most people with this blood type live in the Mediterranean, around the Adriatic and Aegean seas, in Spain, Turkey and the Balkans. For them, food of plant origin is recommended and moderate activity, yoga, tai chi. They are at higher risk of developing stomach cancer. There is a connection between blood group 'A' and tendency to alcoholism, and also obsessive compulsive disorders.

Blood type ‘B’

This is the youngest blood type. Only about five percent of the population have it.
People with this group inherited both blood type’s antibodies and developed specific antibodies against infections. They can receive blood from all other blood groups, they can eat everything, just less dairy products.
Women with this blood type have a higher risk of developing ovarian cancer, and pregnant women are at greater risk of developing increased pressure. Members of this groups have a higher risk of heart diseases and stroke. However, studies show that after a traumatic event their level of the hormone cortisol remains increased which makes them less resistant to stress.
