Some can't fall asleep if they don't have socks on their feet because they are cold, and others can't be in them because they are hot. Many are convinced that this is a matter of habit, but this is actually the state of mind and has nothing to do with hot and cold, but it is linked to the state of the organism too, psychologists claim.
People who sleep in socks
They do it because they really feel cold even though it's not cold in the room. This may be associated with various physical aspects such as the thickness of the skin and slow metabolism. But sleeping in socks is also a reflection of the psyche. People who just can't fall asleep without socks on, usually feel the need to be protected, they like staying in comfortable places, and always strive to establish deep and intimate relationships with others. They are gentle by nature, happiest in someone's arms and they don't mind sharing their personal space with other people.
People who sleep barefoot
Sleeping with socks on makes them feel uncomfortable or it's too hot for them to be able to fall asleep. Physically, this may indicate a fast metabolism, good blood circulation and thicker skin.
But, looking at their psyche, we see that they are very independent and protective towards the others. Their personal space means a lot to them and they will socialize with other people only when they are in the mood for it, not always.
They are very honest and sincere. They're attracted to challenges, and for people that they care a great deal, they will do everything, just to make them feel good.
